Danke, Marc ! :-)

Too bad this isn't the dawn, but it's pretty just the same.
Flaming Spear 15.2.2017 14:17
It's just something about the drama of the lean in the curve, which is cohesive to the landscape, produces a beautiful silhouette. The colours (but the graffiti kills it) just magnify's it! I love it!

Nothing defeats the crowning beauty of these German mountains. I and my family have been there, April 1966, and I can tell you, the Bavarian mountains of Germany remain undefeated when it comes to beauty and the threading of the railways. Nothing comes near it!
Andreas Hackenjos 6.2.2017 17:37
Hello,
thanks for your comment. My English is unfortunately not the best. The Black Forest is not in Bavaria but in Baden-Württemberg.
Greetings Andreas

Well, I did say April, 1966. That's how long I've been away from Germany. I'm just anticipating my return after 51 years! I stand corrected.

Nice!

Thank you Gary!

It's not just the signal. It's the catenary, the scenery, and the pattern of the tracks almost makes this 1 of my favorite photo's. Take some more pictures of single track catenary scenery.
Flaming Spear 26.12.2016 18:43
I just love frosted landscape photography! This would be 1 of the most perfect Christmas cards created!
Alexander Hertel 26.12.2016 20:33
Thank you very much.
Sincerely Alex

Praise the Lord! This is beyond words!
Karl Heinz Ferk 24.11.2016 10:09
Wunderfantastisch !
Gisela, Matthias und Jonas Frey 24.11.2016 12:28
Danke Karl Heinz. Unser S-Bahn hat durch ihre ungewöhnliche Frontscheinwerfer ein unverwechselbares Gesicht, auch wenn man sonst von ihr nicht viel erkennt, vielleicht fast vergleichbar mit der Wiener U-Bahn.

This picture of the dawn almost took my breath away with all of it's beauty involved! I love it!

There are many an error in this photo.
Thomas Wendt 19.11.2016 19:29
@Flaming Spear, I'm not sure if your comments are a joke. If there is something wrong with the commented photos, please be more specific.
Flaming Spear 20.11.2016 20:12
This is no joke. There are films of coloration and prints in the photo. Otherwise there's something wrong on my computer.
Thomas Wendt 24.11.2016 11:05
If you think there might be an error, please send me a screenshot of the site ... thomas at bahnbilder.de
I only see some noise on this picture, but no major errors.
Flaming Spear 30.11.2016 18:59
Please forgive me for thinking that these photo's had errors. I've gotten it all straightened out, now. It was a Windows built that was causing error. It's OK, now. By the way, I love the complexity of the overhead cantenary. That's always been my favorite part about Germany when my family and I used to live there in Stuttgart back in 1963. Your photography is great!
Stefan Wohlfahrt 24.4.2014 20:12
Ein schöner, bunter Zug; gefällt mir sehr.
Gruss Stefan

Very attractive, but that church in the background stands out!

Hallo Daniel,
ein wunderschönes Bild von dem 430er, gefällt mir sehr gut.
Liebe Grüße

It's a beautiful photo, but the bottom part of the photo has been altered, almost to the point of being damaged, or mis-colored.
Flaming Spear 24.11.2016 15:05
I love this. I would make a great Christmas card.
Flaming Spear 24.11.2016 15:09
Daniel. The problem has been fixed. Forgive me, I thought it was the website, I had to change and reduce the build in my computer. It's ok, now.
Happy Thanksgiving.
Flaming Spear 18.11.2016 23:57
Maybe there's something wrong with my photo department on my computer. Because my take on this photo is sliced in pieces.
Tim 19.11.2016 16:10
lg Matthias
Flaming Spear 21.11.2016 18:55
Now, this is not so bad.
Flaming Spear 24.11.2016 14:56
It's OK, I've got it straighten out now. The picture is very complex but I like it. I still pray earnestly to relocate to Berlin, Germany. I know it's going to be a lot of work and adaption, but I'm willing. Happy Thanksgiving.
Flaming Spear 21.11.2016 18:53
This is pretty. I used to live in Stuttgart in 1963 with my late family. I'll never forget it. You see my father was in the Army then.
